Like I said, it so happens that I'm a bleeding female this week thus I can't join them for the swim, truth be told, I have some weight issue to settle before I can slip into the swimwear with ease and confidence - because having a bulbous figure makes it a feat almost impossible.

And it doesn't help you much when you had coke float, oily old chang kee, bubble tea, pack of twisties, carbohydrates, chicken wing & some other junk food.
