Marilyn Monroe

Ever wonder why women tend to go to the restroom en masse, and men alone?
It is because women are generally more relationship-oriented than men and so take every possible chance to bond with one another. Besides, it also gives them the chance to trade hair and make-up tips. Hahaha true right!? Talking about make-up, late Queen of Egypt, Cleopatra, used pomegranate seeds to colour her lips before the introduction of lipsticks. The art of wearing make-up goes back 8,000 years, where in ancient Egypt, people popularized eye glitter by mixing their eye shadow with crushed iridescent beetle shells and believe that eyeliner can keep evil out.

Right. These are just some random things I have came across in the library today. What a wrong place it is. The main agenda to study for tomorrow's paper was uncompromised as I helped myself generously to the books on the shelves from Fiction to The Arts to Philosophy. Library ain't that conducive actually. Delifrance at Changi Airport is, because I definitely won't help myself to the food.

On a not-so-academic-wise note, I have packed more of coldplay, snow patrol, foo fighters, taking back sunday, and yellowcard into my Latte already! It gets stifling bored when travelling, you see.
