I am so amazed by SKII's customer services.
They actually called me to ask me how was my product.
It's like what I learn in school - a feedback control.
(Valerie is rather attentive in class.)
The lady was very nice over the phone.
But since she asked for my feedback. I just told her that her staff lied to me.
Lied that the Eye Treatment Film(for anti-ageing) can rid dark eye rings.
Cuz I cant see any effect at all. For all the 4 weeks i have obediently consume the product.
But to not spoil its goodwill, (haha) it is really good la, I mean seriously.
A dollar for a dollar deal.

Conversations in shop with AirellAng is getting "dearer", "more high-end" and "(whatever is $-related)".
We keep talking about Gc, LV, Prada blablabla.
Airell is too rich I guess.
